Lotters Pine stores are mid-sized retail outlets which are ideally suited to lifestyle mall locations to complement the broad range of home services such as décor, tiles and carpeting lighting, plumbing, bedding and painting.
Stores range from the low three hundred sqm to the mid four hundred, with a few measuring more than six hundred sqm.
Setup costs also vary, depending on size and distance from supply sources. The average store will cost in the region of eight hundred thousand Rand but, of the total setup contribution, approximately sixty-five percent will be allocated to “opening stock”.
Also applicable is a monthly service fee of 5% of net sales as well as a 1% local and a 1% national advertising contribution.
Today there are eight Company and eight Franchisee operated stores nationwide.
